AVA SRG

A short-term boost of web designers' skills to the festival level. 

A three-month training internship with the AVA team. You will immerse yourself in the processes, approaches and atmosphere of one of the most renowned design studios in the country.

We will select 5 people with strong career motivation and a love of design. At the exit, everyone will make two festival projects. 

Your work will be published in collaboration with AVA on the upgraded Behance and Dprofile accounts.

The internship can be combined with study/work.

Result:

• You will go from the technical specifications to the design of the case and the presentation of the project to the customer with a sensitive and experienced mentor

The course is for those who can go into management, but do not fumble for design. We will show you how projects work in a digital studio, explain what to pay attention to and what skills are really important. 

Let's go through all the basics of project management, tell you how to promote your ideas and suggestions, discuss what works specifically for website projects and how to “work out objections”, no matter how cliched it sounds.

Result:

• Meet AVA's PM Polina, who will accompany you throughout the course and share her personal work experience 
• You will go through the path of project support, observing real AVA cases 
• Learn how to use WP from the point of view of the content developer and the project, which controls the development of projects
• You will learn the “chips” that we use to make customers fall in love with the results of our work and submit projects without edits
• Get a large amount of practice that is as close as possible to real “working” conditions

If you want to become a salesperson, then we will teach you how to effectively sell cases and services. These skills will also be useful if you are conducting project presentations: handing over a project to a customer is also a sales process. And if you know how to present your solutions and ideas correctly, then no project will require edits and improvements. 

In addition, we can help organize your sales department so that all the processes within it serve to expand your business.

Result:

• Build your sales strategy and organize a sales department in your company

• You will have a full-fledged analysis of your business and recommendations for improving or changing business processes
• You will be able to see your business from the outside, evaluate it with a sober eye and notice blind spots
• Make a preemptive strike: detect potential problems that have not yet managed to create difficulties in your work and be able to solve them in time

Ultra-mega-giga-tetra is a set of all the skills and options that you will need to open your own studio.
